From the moment you register with us we will find out how we can help you best and how you prefer us to communicate with you. We ensure a wide selection of properties are put in front of you and arrange viewings of those that interest you.

Our prime objective is to connect you swiftly to a home that you will love to live in, within your budget, in a professional and efficient way.

How will you arrange viewings?

We will work in partnership with you to arrange viewings at times that suit you. All viewings are accompanied by an experienced Jackie Quinn Estate Agent and where possible we always try to accommodate viewings outside of office hours for working people. When your viewing has taken place we will deal with any questions you may have about the property or the area and we will advise you professionally on any offers you may wish to make.

What’s the letting process?

Once you have found your ideal rental property, we will agree terms of the lease such as dates and length of tenancy to start the ball rolling. You will need to provide us with photographic ID (passport or driving licence) and a current utility bill. To secure the property you will need to complete a pre-let tenancy agreement and we will we require half a month’s rent as a holding deposit and an administration fee of £162 (inc VAT) per adult. We will take up references with your bank, your employer, any previous landlord and carry out a full credit check. Once references are approved we will arrange the check-in, inventory and prepare the tenancy agreement. Prior to you moving in, you will be required to pay the balance of the first month’s rent along with a month and a half security deposit and check out fee (variable depending on the size of the property).

Can you make the lettings process stress-free?

We can’t promise that, but we fully explain the process step by step and communicate continually throughout with all parties involved in the let to make it as effortless as possible for you

Will you be on hand during my tenancy?

For fully managed properties we will check on the property at least each quarter to ensure that everything is at it should be. We will report to the landlord any remedial work required. If you have any problems we will be happy to take them up on your behalf with the landlord. For managed and let only properties we will contact you two months prior to the end of the tenancy to discuss terms for ending or renewing your lease.
